Over 40 years ago, brothers Russell and Winton Patton began their butchering careers at Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Markets. After relocating to a new store, Russell met Sharon, and together they went on to open butcher shops in the Moonee Ponds Markets, Preston Markets and several other locations, before eventually deciding to relocate to Queensland’s Garden City of Toowoomba.
Together with their three sons, they established Patton’s at the Hooper Centre, and the business soon became a household name throughout the district. Today, thanks to the continued support of loyal customers from Toowoomba and surrounding areas, Patton’s remains a popular local butcher, known for delivering quality cuts of meat at great bargain prices. |
